“So how,” Dan asked, “are you planning on keeping the ceiling up? You can’t leave that….. support there.”

“It could be a bar?”

No response.

“Hang Christmas lights on it?”

The look he got from Dan near iced down his entire body, balls included.

“Tear it down, put in more supports.” Dan pointed. “There and there and there. Once there supports are in, the ramp will look good connected to the balcony outside.” Always tossing crumbs, true or not.

He nodded.  “Will do, Capitan,” and turned away with a smile.

What did he care?

They got paid by the hour.
